Policies

*A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Gift Certificate. This deposit is fully refundable with 48 hrs notice

*To eliminate ‘No Shows’ we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. This is for all services booked in the Spa and Salon.

*For multiple bookings, we require 7 Days notice for a full refund

*Wedding Parties and Special Events require 12 weeks notice for a full refund

*We advise arriving 15 min early to allow for a leisurely introduction to the Spa/Salon. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to cancel or shorten the length of the services with full charges applied. The guest booked behind you will be started on time for their services.

*In consideration of other guests we ask for cell phones to be turned off.
